Radio Interview with Starting Strong about Talking is Teaching

Learn about the importance of talking, reading, singing with your child as early as birth. We also talk about the upcoming free event, the Week of the Young Child School Readiness Parade and Festival, which will be held on April 27 at the East End School in Portland.
