Lee Goldberg of WCSH-6 News Center Maine highlighted Starting Strong’s Talking is Teaching campaign in a recent story. He visited Youth & Family Outreach (YFO), one of our partners where Talking is Teaching kits are being distributed. The story features teachers and students, and explains the importance of talking, singing, and reading to children starting at birth. YFO director, Camelia Babson-Haley, and Starting Strong Americorps Vista, Justin Purvis, were both interviewed for the story. Watch the video here.
